4) Digestion & metabolic optimization. If your TSH is high and free thyroid hormones are low, then that could be a reason for digestive issues and low testosterone. Digestion, thyroid, and testosterone influence each other in a triad. If one fails, all the others fail as well.

5) Starting your own business. Working for yourself gives energy as you bring something to the world, whereas working for someone else is consuming and draining your energy. I believe this is the secret juice for maintaining high T levels all the time. Create instead of consume.
