Our Biological Understanding of T is Less Than 100 Years Old

Testosterone levels have been drastically declining since 1987 with an average of 1.2% to 1.6% each year! This means that the average male in 2021 has more than 47 % less testosterone than in the good old days.

There are two types of hypogonadism:

Primary hypogonadism. Low T results from issues with your gonads. They’re getting signals from your brain to make T but can’t produce them.
Secondary hypogonadism. Low T results from issues in your hypothalamus or pituitary gland.

Both primary and secondary hypogonadism can be reversed naturally by basic understanding of physiology and the application thereof.

What About TRT?

TRT or Testosterone Replacement Therapy, is a therapy that uses either injections or gels to replace testosterone in (hypogonadal) men. TRT costs on average between $150–$1,500 per month depending on the type of treatment! This makes it a cost of between $1800-$18.000 annually.

The problem with TRT is that men can experience side effects, one of which is infertility. Other adverse side effects of TRT administration are: hardening of the tendons and arteries, BPH and prostate cancer, male breast cancer and so on.

Remind that going on TRT is a LIFETIME thing which not many can stop.
