This mail is written so you don't have to waste time on useless things and accelerate your progress as a young man.

If you are a young man in his late teens or early twenties, then read carefully.

Most young guys get either into the self-development trap or they don't and carry on their usual life of partying and doing dumb things with their time.

If you are the latter then this mail is not for you.

If you are on the journey of developing yourself, good... read on.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of self-develop, and you should spend your time and earnings leveling up (as much as you can). BUT a lot of you do it the wrong way, spending too much time in the magician*, only learning and lacking execution.

If you are not acquainted with the archetypes - I can only advise you to read this one book over and over again. The name of the book is 'King, Warrior, Magician, Lover by R Moore & D Gillette'. Again, I highly recommend you to read it.*

So the trap most young men fall for is mental masturbation/information obesity/overload.

The reason we fall for this trap (I was one of those who fell as well) is because of our educational system, which basically brainwashes us to believe that we are worthless without X years of learning. The same tactics are applied in the self-development niche.

And there is some truth to this. Your value will increase by knowing certain things, but it will rise even more by doing.

Action always trumps knowing and I have seen this in many cases.

An example is how I started my own business: when I came out of uni with ZERO business skills, and no prior experience, the only thing I had left to do is creating massive amounts of value with the tools and knowledge that I had. And it worked!

I could have done business courses and followed the advice given in the course, but I didn't and focused solely on the production of my own programs that are helping men all over the world.

So the message is: do not let your self-worth depend on knowledge and on what you know. you are far greater than that. trust in the process and simply do.

And make time ofcourse to read books and to listen to podcasts that will serve your progress. But be aware of the trap, the neediness to know.

You don't need to know everything, and most of what you will learn is through action (simply moving forward).

Here is a strategy for young men (what you can do):

1. Invest in your health first. This means quality food, access to sports or gym, pure water or water filter, quality light bulbs, and maybe a few supplements (but they come always last).

2. Seeds can only germinate in the right conditions and environment. So do you. Seek or establish the right environment asap. You cannot live with others that pull you down or are a negative influence. If you need to move, then move to another place or even country.

3. Use social media for business or for networking, not for entertainment. On top of that, follow a select few accounts (3 - 5) and these will be your 'mentor accounts'. Network with them or benefit from their value.

4. Control the media you expose yourself to. This includes social media, music, the news, etc. GUARD YOUR SENSES***

5. Manage your finances, start an (online) job but at the same time do not become myopic on money alone. You're young so don't let the hunt for money ruin your 20's.

6. Don't waste time on loose relationships and hookup culture.

7. Get physically in shape and learn how to defend yourself. Practice all disciplines (both endurance and resistance training).

8. Focus on real skills instead of devouring one self-help book after the other. Skills that will help you in the online world are copywriting, content creation, marketing, and sales.

9. Don't be a sigma on steroids kind a guy. Sometimes you will need to embrace the sigma mode (lone wolf) for a short while and be by yourself but that's just a temporary situation. You'll make it much further with a group of guys.

10. Be kind to your parents, family, and make time to talk to God.
