It has been a long time since I've sent an email

This is because I was venturing out on an expedition to Hyperborea (the Arctic Circle of Finland).

With my return, I had some questions from younger men.

It comes down to the following: what should a young guy do in his early twenties?

This question stretches beyond any age group since the work is never done since the battle never ends and we wake up daily to "fight".

So as a man, can you say that you are ready?

Ready for whatever life throws at you.

Of course no one is ready READY, but you can be prepared.

You can in fact work daily on the following:

your spiritual life
your physical body
enriching your mind
improving your health
building a business

There are too many things to do, and there is enough time if you are self-navigating and investing the energy and attention cautiously and with the necessary awareness.

The best thing you can do is to selflessly work on yourself, your health, skills, network, etc.
