A New Year's Gift for you!

The new year is ahead of you, and I know most people set goals, make plans, and all of that BS.

"What are your new year's resolutions"?

There are none because you should be evolving every month. The NY isn't a new start, it is a mere continuation.

My philosophy is simple: you embody the plan, you ACT on it, there is no other way.

Goals, plans, all of that are to be done daily, not the next year. The future is shaped by your actions today, this very moment. It is a loop of failure to postpone action. I included a gift for you at the end of this email to make your new year successful.

What is beautiful about the new year is that a cycle ends, and another begins.

Just like life.

We can learn from this cycle, or from any other cycle in general, just like the day is a microcycle similar to an entire year on a larger scale.

So what to do around this time?

Sit still, be quiet, embrace moments of deep contemplation and reflection.

Something I'm always doing daily is journaling. Writing down words is medicine, pure medicine that everyone should be doing.

I became heavily invested in writing and I have 3 journals that serve different purposes unique for each of them:

Journal 1: My main journal where I write almost daily in about my journey, personal life, dreams, ideas, problems, people, etc.

Journal 2: My brain-dump idea journal. Mainly for my business. I pile all of my ideas on the pages of this journal. It keeps my mind clean and tranquil, and my ideas safe.

Journal 3: This one is for essays when I feel the muse. I will write stories, poems, and even tweets in here.

The art of journaling changed my life, and all of this thanks to a friend who made me clearly see the value of journaling.

LATIN AMERICA TRAVEL

For those who don't know, I'm already traveling for 3 months in Mesoamerica, started late September in Mexico, going down South.

I can say I wished I had done this sooner. Latam has to offer more than the Western world we live in. But it isn't perfect either.

For those who want to know more about my future plans for Primal Thrive I can say that I'm rebranding my social media. Slowly but surely. As I change so will the page change.

A lesson I'd like to share is to put yourself always at number one. You are your most valuable asset, which means that the better you become, the greater life becomes around you.

Hence why I'm taking a hiatus from social media.

We all have to take time to create sacred space for true transformation to be realized.
