I discovered that most adolescent men, between 18 and 24 yo, have testosterone levels of that of an old men at the time that they enter college.

Crazy right?

Testosterone levels start to rise during puberty, should be even more in the early twenties to then eventually decline after the age of 30. This is the mainstream narrative but we don't believe in mainstream. We believe in that what the mainstream doesn't want to believe in.

Anyway, most guys end up with testosterone levels of around 300 - 400ng/dL without even knowing that they have low T.

The common 'standard' is between 300 - 1000 ng/dl, everything between those ranges is considered 'normal' but this is fvcking absurd. Levels between 300 - 500 are considered to be lower range and symptoms of low T appear below 500!

So if you already start with levels of an old men, and the lifestyle doesn't change too drastically, now most men end up with even lower levels - because of more stress, age, responsibilities, bad habits that didn't change during 20's, and so on... it is just all going downhill from there.

So....?

It is only when problems start to appear that the alarm bells ring. Then most men forget to make the link with low T.
