I'm totally agains "controlling" and suppressing sexual energy. I literally don't have time nor energy because I use it physically in training my body and mentally in becoming better in the things I am doing. Also, the awareness that orgasms can lower dopamine and drain so many vital nutrients makes you take the right choice: build a life that you can live WELL.
