Celebrating the new year was fun. We did sauna, home-made cooked food, watched the fireworks, and lit fireworks ourselves.

There is a tradition here in Latin America, I believe it is in Peru. People would make a human-sized doll representing themselves every year, and burn that doll at the new year. This doll represents their past self, the old which they burn so that they can be new, reborn from its ashes.

This doll-burning tradition is a beautiful representation/metaphor for the cycle of life, and the awareness that comes along with it. Become more aware of who you are, how you act, and what you do. I believe we all should take the time to reflect and make space for change to happen, and most of all, becoming more aware of ourselves.

How to stay on track:

make a not-to-do list of all the things you shouldn't be doing, declutter, and align actions according to your values. The right boundaries will prevent you from the wrong habits. Instead of battling an endless battle, set up boundaries via a not-to-do list.
take time to FAST with every seasonal change (max 7 days but for most of you this will be a maximum of 3 days). Fasting keeps the body clean, organizes the mind, and connects the soul to something higher.
daily journaling. Writing daily is by far the best tool to keep on track. Write down your thoughts, your wins, what you want, and what you want to change, reflections, ideas, etc. all of this can be written down and visualized. Now you have clarity over what is going on inside of your headspace.
Bond. Meet other men, connect, share ideas, influence, and so on. Much time is wasted online, which could be used to actually meet others in the real world.
Connect. Take time off to connect with friends, family, and with yourself.
ATTACK. Simply act. Many get stuck thinking, overthinking, and fretting about things. The sooner you act to quicker you solve a problem, the faster you build momentum. Keep acting, and take calculated breaks to absolutely do nothing and chill.
OPTIMIZE. Perhaps you already did, but for those who didn't, get your blood work done ASAP, and optimize your testosterone levels if moderate-low.
