It has been a while since writing a personal email, so here we go...

A few weeks ago I learned a powerful lesson: never engage and do business with weak men.

Weakness cannot be trusted, and with 'weak' I mean more mental and moral weakness.

Weakness masquerades itself with lies, immoral behavior, and deception. Weak people have to pretend, they wear a mask because of their unstable nature.

Weak men are men with low testosterone.

Be aware of who you engage with. One simple rule that has been advised to me is never to engage or do business with someone you cannot respect.

This is ancient wiring: men have always been in groups whether it was for hunting, going to war, or simply building a house, men do things together.

What happens if one or more in the group are unreliable?

The unit or group will become under more threads.

Instinctively we know this, but our modern lives make us forget this.

So be aware of who you engage with, and stop lying to yourself.

Being a man is about going after what you like, and saying NO to what you don't like. Don't engage with others you don't respect and be brutally honest with yourself.

There is enough weakness in the world, so we don't need more of it. Don't tolerate weakness, not for yourself, nor in your own life.

Beauty can only exist on the foundations of strength.
