Yesterday I tested my own bloodwork at my local MD.

To be completely transparent with you, I was thinking that I'd have had lower T levels as usual. I assumed levels below 1000 ng/dL...

You know why?

Because I walked 1000 km in 38 days, got the rona, came back home to then work my ass of on new projects, all prior to this test.

But keeping my high T habits on a consistent basis shows that my methods work!

My results of this year: 1291 ng/dL

This is quite high, but normal in my eyes. Every healthy men should have these levels in his 20's and 30's.

The truth is that most men have levels below 500, even as low as 300 ng/dL! = Grandpa levels.

Most men rely on bro science, heavy fitness regimens and stupid diets - which all won't work in the long run.

If you are dedicated towards your peak potential as a man, you will need high levels of testosterone. This is a non negotiable fact.
