Primal Update: I'm in Picos de Europa, one of the biggest mountains in Spain. The travel is amazing, the food is rich, the meat fatty, we hike all day being physical, we work out in the sun and life is quite simple and primal.

When traveling, many things changed, and keep changing. Sometimes change is easy to take & to adapt to, other times it takes time to digest. Sometimes things have to be kept like they are and you have to prevent them from changing, and some parts of a human will never change.

It is good to know that some parts will always change & evolve to grow in to something better and that others stay how they are

One thing I like about long distance travels is that the learning curve goes up at a rapid pace. Especially you learn about yourself and in relation to others. You learn about the rate of adaptability, about the motives of others, about communication skills, etc

This is why travel makes a man expand

We travel not to feel good, nor to rest. We travel to expand, to become better in being who we are, to become of many places, to see, explore and expand our experience.

Live it all. Live well and live in such a way that the growth of the future makes a large enough shadow of your current version of who you are.

Sometimes a man just needs more testosterone to experience a sense of wellbeing that implies health and wealth.

More testosterone can set a man on a path of true freedom. To put it in a larger perspective, imagine you do not only level your T up, you are also capable of maintaining these androgen hormones + putting that energy into practice. How is life going to look like and what will be you achieve? Life is to be lived in its fullness.

Live well as a man, testosterone the prerequisite for victory because sometimes testosterone is the only thing a man needs more of.
