Okay, here we go, first question is:

Q1. Does heat destroy zinc? I eat 750g + of grass-fed ground beef daily and my nails indicate a zinc deficiency. I always eat my ground beef cooked.

Answer:

On the contrary, cooking meat makes zinc more bioavailable, triggering stomach acid production. Cooked meat needs stomach acid to be digested, whereas raw meat needs less stomach acid. Maybe this is why Zinc increases in bioavailability, as stomach acid depends on zinc; but also on B vitamins (which is higher in raw meat).

Quotes from the study:

"Cooking meat decreases the minerals calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium but increases the availability of iron and zinc."

"All vitamins decreased during cooking, with thiamine showing the highest losses, from 73% up to 100%."

So zinc is not affected, but the B vitamins and other minerals are.

For longevity & energy, include raw meat in your diet.

Hi, so the older we get, the more oxidative stress the body produces.

What does this mean? The cells become less efficient and thus they create more oxidants and less antioxidants.

The oxidants or oxidative stress, or reactive oxygen species (ROS) harm the blood vessels or the vascular system. This is why older folk get recommended the lower their cholesterol intake which is utter BS because cholesterol doesn't harm your arteries, it is oxidative stress that damages the vascular walls and cholesterol is just a band-aid to protect the wounded arteries.

At age 52 I suggest increasing the antioxidants in your diet:

Pomegranates
Olive oil for vit E
Ceylon* cinnamon (antioxidant + circulatory herb)
Zinc, selenium, copper for metabolism and antioxidant enzymes (get this from seafood and organs)
Turmeric + black pepper
Bell peppers (high in vitamin C oxidant)

The cinnamon must be Ceylon bcs the other one (usually casio is liver toxic).

The antioxidants will protect you against arterial and vascular damage, so the blood can flow fluently and keep the blood also healthy. The less inflammation you experience, the more sexual potency a man will have.

Besides the vascular system, we also have the neurological system. Low dopamine or a dysregulation in other neurotransmitters can also have an effect on libido and sexual performance (also explained in the course). But this is usually found in men who take antidepressants, p-rn consumers, or who have really f*cked up brain chemistry.

Lastly, we have hormones. As we have dopamine that make you chase a woman, we have testosterone but mostly DHT that influences male sexual function.

Why?

Most men that use DHT-blocking medicine have fertility and libido problems. This makes DHT a main hormone for sexual performance, while testosterone plays a role in blood flow.

Q3. Natural solutions for Dandruff?

This is a simple one in theory but in practice, it can be more difficult.

1) First thing: GUT HEALTH

Avoid all fungus and yeast from bread, pizza, croissants, beer, wine, alcohol, etc

Eating yeast will feed the yeast.

You also want to look at any leaky gut or SIBO/SIFO infections.

2) No TAP WATER

I know it is not common, but tap water dehydrates the scalp and can even cause hair loss!

Instead of showering in tap water - shower with a water filter. Pristine Hydro has the best one on the market.

So don't drink tap water & stop showering or bathing in it.

3) Use OILS

Use topical oils on your scalp such as the Man Manes oil (can be found in my bio on IG).

Oils like rosemary oil, tea tree oil, mint oil, etc. have anti-fungal properties and are pro-circulatory, meaning that they fight of any fungus while hydrating the scalp, bringing back blood and nourishment through circulation.
