What's up guys

Two days ago I started my journey towards Santiago de Compestella, also known as the Jacob's way. This is a Pilgrimage route that stretches over the Northern part of Spain and it covers more than 875 kilometers or 543 miles.

This is a physical journey, but also a mental and spiritual one. When the body suffers, one goes into deeper depths of the mind and soul. I also started praying to God every evening and I'm building a prayer routine to find closer communion with God.

To give you an idea how it looks to hike in Spain:

The best part of this journey is that there is only one direction, one way that you must follow. This gives you a goal and purpose each and everyday, with a sense of direction and fulfillment.

However, you don't have to walk 800+ kilometers to experience the dopamine flow.

Having high testosterone levels gives a man this inherent sense of direction, purpose and accomplishment.
