Quick email on the origins of tinnitus and how you can solve it.

I remember having chronic tinnitus in the past, and at certain times it drove me nuts. Especially when being in complete silence the ringing in the ears is heard. I remember trying out all kinds of remedies like putting garlic in your ears at night to solve the ringing, but it didn't work.

Tinnitus is a symptom of a deeper rooted cause. A connection that not many make, nor understand.

What causes tinnitus?

Ringing in the ears can have multiple causes.

One of them is the most obvious: trauma to the ear or through loud noises.

The root cause that many miss out on resides in the gut.

Leakiness of the gut gives a free pass to endotoxins and undigested food particles to enter the bloodstream.
