Distractions are Like Weeds in Your Kingdom

What's up people

A short email on how being less distracted will make your life quality improve.

They say that the theft of joy is comparison, but they forgot to mention that the theft of attention is distraction. If you like to accomplish something in life, you cannot be distracted most part of the time.

When focused attention is applied on something for a long period of time you will start to see the fruits of your labor. However, we live in a day and age where distractions are everywhere. This can be to your advantage too. If you know that 99% of the people is distracted all of the time it gives you to possibility to be hyper focussed on what you want to create.

At the end it is what you brought into existence that matters, not the time you spend in distraction.

Distractions come anyway.

So use all your energy and attention on building what you want in life and ignore everything that tries to keep you away from the objective. Use that energy on destroying the old and on building the new. It takes time to for roots to show up, but once they are there - distractions don't mean much.
