As with all things good, these are build over time with consistent action. Construction is always a force of labor and effort, whereas destruction is easy and rapid.

Construction:

It takes time and effort to become physically healthy
It takes time to build a house
It takes time and effort to learn new skills
It takes time and effort to make deep connections
Habits are made over time

Destruction:

It is easier to destroy the body with bad habits, laziness and in action
Alcohol abuse destroys instantly
A building can be destroyed in seconds
Atrophy is more rapid than hypertrophy
It is easy to relapse in bad habits

And this list can go on and on...

The truth is that all good things are worth putting the effort in.

What the basics can do for you:

The foundations are pretty simple for men's health:

Never compromise sleep. Have quality sleep each and every night. Mimic a cave, meaning make it cold, sound and light proof. Eat some fruits with salt before bed to get restorative sleep as your metabolism is always working.
Train but do not overtrain. Most men end up low T because they train excessively which suppresses the metabolism, spikes inflammation, and brings them in a state of perpetual stress. Enjoy physical activity > over training too hard. Train for longevity, train mobility, do some cardio, do resistance training... my point is to include all training modalities.
Eat like a barbarian. Last days I have done a high carb experiment, which didn't work out too good: energy dips, mood fluctuations and itchy scalp. Most men thrive on a high protein/fat diet with enough carbs to fuel their metabolism. Get your ideal macro split in check. Focus on nutritious dense foods like organs, fats and seafoods. If you can include quality dairy, raw honey and lots of juices and you will be good nutritionally wise.

Most of the times it is about what you get rid of instead of what you add. Don't overcomplicate health, rather keep it very simple and build further on the basics.
