Autumn is heading to us, which means it is time to optimize our immune health. I foresee many people getting sick, especially with the GigaChad V@ri@nt. I won't dive to deep into the vir@l variants - I'm simply offering some tools to prevent and speed up healing/recovery.

First things first:

if you get sick THAT IS a good thing. Now your immune system is learning.
don't treat the symptoms, treat the person

What I mean by this is the following: many come to me and ask "what do I do for X"... The thing is that "X" doesn't matter, what matters is the individual. Always focus on your environment and yourself first. Look objectively & assess what needs to be assessed.

Now what can we do to prevent + speed up healing/recovery?

To prevent Anti Vir@L FÖÖDS:

- Egg yolks

- Raw Milk

- Garlic

- White fish

- Coconut/Olive oil

Speed up recovery

Horizontal Fast/ Hydrate: the body needs rest and hydration for the cells to initiate healing. Fasting while laying down and staying hydrated = healing.
Hot baths: taking warm baths is a smart move to initiate fake fever. The body's core temperature heats up so that viruses don't survive. Sauna's work too.
Fruit Juice: when sick it is good to fast for the digestive system. However, to get some calories in + vitamin C I'd suggest fruit juices or simply supplementing C.
Honey: the nectar of the Gods. Honey is a healing food. Why? Because of the high enzyme content. Enzymes are needed to speed up healing and recovery. Get a jar of raw honey and scoop as much as possible throughout the day.
Broth: remember the saying "all disease begin in the gut"? Broth is a medicine food when it comes to being ill, as it helps tighten the gut junctions + providing easy to digest protein (prevents muscle wasting).
