What's up gentlemen

Kindness doesn't equal being nice. Kindness is no being nice per se.

A great tweet I read today was that: kindness signals abundance and that niceness signals necessity.

I found it a genius phrase and true.

Being kind stems from a greater understanding, it comes from above.

Being nice stems from uncertainty & insecurity, it comes from below.

Being kind is being strong.

The weak use being nice to survive.

It is no sin to be weak; it is problematic when the weakness isn't transformed into strength.

A man must always improve little by little, as we all have limited time during the day.

We all have jobs, work and responsibilities.

But make this your priority, make time for:

Some form of exercise to keep you physically fit
Optimizing your diet
Always make sleep a priority
Read good books like the Bible, or Primal Thrive's ebooks (learn something new)
Take time for yourself (alone time) AND write, write, write your thoughts and ideas out

The body, mind and soul require just a little of your attention.

Listen to your body and to your deeper inner calling.

Provide what is needed and give yourself the space, time and silence to hear THE VOICE.

All my ideas are written down and are being given in times of silence and solitude. These times are sacred.

Don't forget to share your gift to the world whether it be words, ideas or art.

Men must creat and must create more beauty.

Our Duty is to create more good things in this brief existence.
